Anne Nye, horn

Anne is a freelance horn and piano player in the Lancaster area. She earned a degree in French Horn Performance from the Wheaton Conservatory of Music near Chicago, Illinois.  After playing and teaching in the Chicago area for a few years, Anne returned to the area where she grew up and continues to pursue her musical career.  Anne currently serves as the Adjunct Horn Professor at Lancaster Bible College.  She plays in the Allegro Chamber Orchestra of Lancaster, Lancaster Opera, Susquehanna Wind Quintet and subs in the York and Lancaster Symphonies.  Anne and her husband Rob are living in and restoring an old farmhouse in Lancaster City.
